Intramural Sports
At Liberty, we offer several different Intramural Sports throughout the course of the year. Below are those sports, when they occur, and a small description of the activity!
IM Tennis (Fall and Spring):
- IM Tennis is offered in both the fall and spring. Students of all experience levels are welcome to join and participate. Basic skills, as well as developmental skills will be taught by our coaches. IM Tennis meets twice a week, typically on Tuesday's and Thursday's, immediately after school. The season lasts around 8 weeks.

IM Bowling (Winter):
- IM Bowling is offered in the winter, typically at the beginning of second semester. Students are shuttled from Liberty to Edison's after school to participate in bowling. There is a daily fee for Edison's to participate. IM Bowling meets once a week and lasts for 8 weeks. All skill levels are welcome.

IM Golf (Spring):
- IM Golf is offered in the spring, typically in the middle of March. IM Golf typically meets twice a week, where students are bused to local golf courses to learn the fundamentals of golf on the driving range, putting green, and course. 9-hole matches are scheduled throughout the season at the availability of other schools (not all students will participate in each match). All skill levels are welcome. IM Golf lasts around 8-10 weeks.

Flag Football (Spring):
- Flag Football is offered to 7th and 8th grade students interested in football. Flag Football meets twice a week, typically Wednesday and Sunday evenings, at EHS. This program is run by the Edwardsville High School Football Coaching staff. Practices are scheduled through the months of April and May, with some 7-on-7 contests scheduled against local schools.
